The Agricultural College and Research Institute, Keezhvelur, Nagapattinam was established vide GO No. (Ms) No.239 dt. 10.12.2021 by Govt. of Tamil Nadu as one of the constituent college of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore.

       The college was started on 18.04.2022 and virtually inaugurated on 28.04.2022 by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Th. M.K.Stalin at the secretariat, Chennai in the presence of The Pro-Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor.
