About the Department:
The department of Processing and Food Engineering is functioning under the control of Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Kumulur from the year 1992. The department activities includes training on pulses, millets, fruits and vegetables under ICAR-CRP-SA scheme, making of bakery products under skill development training program, demonstration of available facilities to the farmers, students and officials from Agriculture, Horticultureand Agricultural Engineering departments who visit our institute.
