Programme Outcomes (PO) of M.Sc.,(Ag.) in Bioinformatics

PO1 To understand the integrative aspects of biology of the organism, viewed as coherent complex organization at microscopic and macroscopic levels.
PO2 To curate, annotate and impose a structure and available data and to provide avenues for access and distribution
PO3 Interrelate sequence, Three dimensional structure, Expression patterns, Interaction and function of individual proteins, Nucleic acids and protein nucleic acid complexes
PO4 To integrate the data on the different aspects of life of a cell or organism into a systems description of its structure and dynamics
PO5 Deduce the events in the evolutionary history, to achieve greater deliberate scientific modifications of biological systems pertaining to, medicines, agriculture and technology.
