Objective of the Course
Genomic and transcriptomic research has advanced remarkably during the last decade as a result of revolutionary breakthroughs in genome sequencing of many organisms, deciphering the functional importance of genes that are useful in genome editing. The training program has been designed with an objective to develop trained human resource on various techniques related to NGS analysis, variants calling,and development of high throughput genotyping markers, RNA-seq data assembly and annotation.

The Participants include faculty/ Scientists / Research Fellows, Research Scholar/ from institutes and research organizations from India. The registration fee is Rs.4300 + 18% GST/- per participant (A total of Rs. 5074/-)
