- Campus interview has been conducted frequently through Academic cell of the campus
- Diploma agri. (2016-18 batch), Out of 37 students, 33 students had successfully completed the course of Diploma Agriculture. Out of 33 passed out students, 28 students of IOA, Vamban have been selected for Assistant Agricultural Officer post in the Dept. of Agriculture, Government of Tamil Nadu through Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, Chennai.
- 21 Diploma agri. (2017-19 batch) Students were selected for the post of field assistant/lab assistant in various private firms through the campus interview was conducted at this institute during the year 2019-2020
