The Centre will establish a Centralized instrumentation facility with the following high end equipments.

- Water purifier system (Millipore)
- Open top chambers
- CLPP-Microbial Identification System
- Gas chromatograph coupled with spectrometer (GC-MS)
- Deep freezer
- UV –visible double beam spectrophotometer
- Refrigerated centrifuge
- Pressure plate apparatus
- Wet sieve and dry sieve for soil aggregate analysis
- Soil core sampling kit
