  • The department is facilitating for filing the new inventions to obtain Intellectual Property Rights through Intellectual Property Management Cell (IPMC). For the Excellence of IP protection, TNAU has received the award of “Top Indian Academic Institution in Patent” – in 2013 presented by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
  • The dissemination of market advisories was recognized at National level and awarded the SKOCH Silver award and SKOCH-order of Merit award.
  • Scientist of Excellence in Niche Award (2019)” for Meritorious Contribution in the field of Water Resource Economics and Policy was received by Dr.D.Suresh Kumar Professor and Head.
