About the Department
Department of Plant Protection, Horticultural College & Research Institute for Women, Trichy was established during 2018. This department is actively involved in the teaching, research and extension activities related to plant protection aspects of horticultural crops. The department is working on insect pests and disease management of major vegetables, fruits and flower and medicinal crops
