It provides services to farmers through a toll-free number 1551 or 1800-180-1551. The caller can interact in their local language with the experts. The centre functions on all working days between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm. Capacity building programme are also organized for Field Tele Advisors (FTA’s) to enhance their technical knowledge.
