The Directorate of Open and Distance Learning is also offering a Diploma programme in Agri-Inputs through Distance Learning Mode for those aspiring for knowledge updation, self-employment and entrepreneurship development. The primary target groups are Farmers, Rural Youth, Employees of Government / Private sectors, field service providers from local communities and unemployed youth, entrepreneurs, NGO’s and school dropouts. The primary objective of this programme is to benefit the stake holders acquire the very important “Fertilizer Dealership Licence” which is a mandate specified in the Fertilizer Control Order – 2015 for applying for the licence.
