The Vamban, Pudukkottai, KVK has 2.31 ha under demo units and remaining 17.84 ha under crop cultivation and agro-trees. To demonstrate the latest technologies recommended by the university. mostly high yielding varieties in pulses, oilseeds, fruits and vegetables. drudgery and labour saving implements supplied by the ICAR are demonstrated in KVK and farmers holdings. More over good quality seeds, seedlings, fodder cuttings were produced and distributed to the farming community
