8TH AGRICULTURAL GRADUATE STUDENTS CONFERENCE
Globalization of Agriculture: Food, Feed & Fuel
Inauguration and keynote address, and felicitation of the best paper and poster winners. Concurrent thematic sessions consist of oral presentations by the students. The oral presentations will take place in a smaller setting. This allows for a lot of interaction and opportunities to ask questions. Simultaneous sessions will be spread out over two days. The sessions will be compartmentalized into varied categories to cover different topics and will be supervised by the students facilitated by an experienced faculty in that field. This will be culminated into corresponding poster session in the same venue in order to facilitate one-to-one interaction with the presenter. The conference is designed for young researchers from various Agricultural Universities. All M.Sc. Scholars, Ph.D. Scholars, Junior Research Fellows, Senior Research Fellows, Post Doctoral Fellows, Research Associates and Teaching Assistants of any nationality are invited to attend.
GUIDELINES:

Be available in the meeting room from conference start time on day of your presentation.

Each speaker will have 10 minutes for presentation.

The working language of the conference is English.

Presentation should be submitted in PDF/PPT Format and make sure your visuals are clear & legible.

Please check and make sure that your presentations are working properly before the session starts.

Personal laptops are not recommended unless under unavoidable conditions.

The display area for each poster on the poster board will be intimated later.

All posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters (On-site printing is NOT facilitated).

All posters will be allotted with a poster number in final program. Presenters must locate their assigned poster display, which will be numbered, and hang their poster 1 hour before the poster session starts. Pasting or Hanging materials will be provided.

Presenters are asked to be available at their posters during the full poster session to discuss their posters with interested viewers.

You need to collect your poster by end of the day; we dispose the posters left behind.

Best Poster awards will be decided by poster judge and announced at the end of poster s

All the attendees will be provided with delegate certificate.

Certificates will be provided during the session or after completion of the session, so please make sure to be present in the hall until the session ends.

Co-authors not registered for the conference, will not receive the certificate.
