The participants are requested to assemble in the concerned halls before the session starts.
Each speaker will have 10 minutes for their presentation.
The working language of the conference will be English.
Presentation should be submitted in PDF/PPT Format and make sure your visuals are clear & legible.
Please check and make sure that your presentations are working properly before the session starts.
Personal laptops are not recommended unless under unavoidable circumstances
Poster Presentation
The display area for each poster on the poster board will be intimated later.
All posters should be prepared in advance (On-site printing is NOT accepted).
All posters will be allotted with a poster number. Presenters must locate their assigned number and hang their poster 1 hour before the poster session starts. Pasting and Hanging materials will be provided.
Presenters are requested to be present near their posters during the full poster session
You need to collect your poster by end of the day; the posters left behind will be disposed
Best Poster awards will be decided by the judges and announced at end of the session.
Certification
All the participants will be provided with participation certificate.
Certificates and awards will be provided at the end of the conference, so please make sure to be present till the conference ends.
