TNAU Vice Chancellor Dr. V. Geethalakshmi presented patent certificates to the patent holders of the design patent entitled “hydrothermal liquefaction reactor” in the presence of the Deans of SPGS and AEC&RI, Coimbatore. This innovative design facilitates direct thermochemical conversion to yield bioenergy products, saving drying costs and energy associated with conventional thermochemical processes.
