Short Bio
Dr. R. Ilangovan is an esteemed environmental expert with extensive experience in river conservation and water resource management. He served as an Environment Expert for the Coovam and Adayar rivers in Chennai, Vice Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Water Resources Development Cell, and a Member of SEAC within SEIAA. He also contributed to the Anaimaliyar Nallar Scheme of the PAP.
