In 2003 Salem Spices Pvt Ltd was incorporated in India and by the year 2006-07, Salem Spices Pvt Ltd became the second largest potpourri exporter from India.In the year 2008, Salem Spices Pvt Ltd, represented by Rajaram, was selected as consortium Partner along with ICAR, NAIP and TNAU for the project “VALUE CHAIN ON FLOWERS FOR DOMESTIC AND EXPORT MARKETS”.In the year 2012, Rajaram received a National Award ,“Rose Puraskar” awarded for contribution in “Social Entrepreneurship in Floriculture”.
