Actively participated in validating the design in lab and field and failure analysis to suggest improvements on the system / product to meet the expectations by working closely with Design and Development teams.Led the Testing & Vehicle Integration teams to work with project teams in meeting the objectives of the project by mentoring and providing technical guidance. Also, involved in the planning and development of the Verification & Validation capabilities for the Organisations, started interacting with the External Test & Government agencies as a representative of manufacturers’ association and formulating the standards for Tractor industry in India. Led a large design team of engineers working for different Farm and Construction machineries in a MNC having one of its Technology center in India, planning the resource and budget, monitoring the operation metrics, mentoring and coaching, talent acquisition and development and performance management activities.
