Farm godown, seed storage godown, drying yard, shade net houses, vermicompost unit, labour shed, bee keeping unit etc., are available.
AGMET
Collaborative programme is being conducted with National Centre for Medium Range weather forecasting, New Delhi and Weekly weather data is being sent to them. The forecast received form them is subsequently disseminated with Agro-Advisory to the farmers through Newspapers, AIR and local television network.

Nursery
A well established nursery producing around 50000 nos. of pepper rooted cuttings, 20000 nos. of cinnamon seedlings, 2000 nos. of nutmeg grafts, 1000 nos. of minor fruits in a year with shade net houses (250m2 – 3 Nos.) for hardening is available. The nursery is accredited to three star status by Directorate of Spices and Arecanut, Calicut
