National Cadet Corps
A NCC unit was started in Horticultural College & Research Institute for Women, Trichy on 04.10.2018 with 17 cadets under NCC care taker. Train the students to obtain B & C certificate in N.C.C., besides enabling them to attend several N.C.C. Camps. The college also undertakes course on Yoga for Human Excellence to maintain proper physical health of the students.
- A rally on Water conservation was conducted on 22.03.2019.
- Cleaning of Kattalai canal in Navalur kuttapattu was done by NCC cadets on 22.03.2019.
- A Painting competition was organized to NCC cadets.
